I received an email awhile back from one of my grooms uncles. He explained that he loved Ryan and Meagan’s engagement photos so much that he wanted me to shoot a session with him and his three kids the day before the wedding. So of course I said yes as long as he new my “style” was a little different than most family photo sessions. We spent about an hour together shooting and walked away with some great images! This family has way to much fun together! normally I’m directing and explaing what I’m looking for in this image. But the Long’s just sat where I wanted them and put on a show! Ok, so I’m real far behind in getting my sessions posted and creating slide shows. But I promise I will be caught up by mid next week. So you can count on the blog having a lot of posts in the next week or so.
The Indian shoot went really well! I shoot some amazing images of these indian’s in authentic clothing.I’m hoping to get the ok to post some of the pics on the blog but until then they need to stay safe in their little folder. More on this later……
Last week I shoot Melissa and Chad’s lifestyle session. Another great couple that created some really fun imagery. I just love how my clients are always open to doing something unique and different. I’m not sure how I get so lucky but I hope it never stops. Enjoy the pics.

Well I’m in Sheridan, WY with my dad doing a photo shoot for a native american coffee table book. I should have some pics later to show everyone. Not only am I working today but it’s also my 30th birthday! Can’t believe I made it to thirty years old, but I feel the best I have ever felt in my life!

Hey everyone! The other day I was out shooting some photos of my friend Steve. He is amazing on a mountain and BMX bike! He used to compete a lot more than he does now, but I think the free ride aspect of riding is becoming more appealing to him. We are going to be shooting a lot this year so make sure to check back for more photos.

Holly and Richard are getting married in August at a private residence in town. I cant wait for this wedding, we have some mutual friends and I can’t wait to see everybody. These two were a lot of fun and followed directions really well! I had a bunch of new ideas to test out on them and everything turned out great. Here are some of my favorites….
Richard is a big fan of Honey Buckets…….so we found one to use!

Every year I donate about 4 lifestyle sessions to various charities in the area. People bid on them and all the proceeds got to that charity in need. I think last year I donated over 4K to various charities this way. So this week Kelly and John decided to redeem their gift certificate for one of my signature lifestyle sessions. Usually I only do the engagement lifestyle sessions with my wedding clients, but when Kelly asked me to shoot her wedding I was unavailable so I think its only fair that I shoot this session for them. We shot in Coeur d alene at a beautiful private residence and the images turned out amazing! Here are a select few of my favorites.
